Edit Request

Please be sure to include the original order/transaction id number received in the confirmation email. Edit requests made without the transaction id/order number will not be processed. Please also include your name, email address, phone. Be sure to attach a copy of your original PDF design color chart that was provided by RapidDigitizing.com when you received your completed design/order.


INSTRUCTIONS TO SUBMIT AN EDIT REQUEST:

ONLY REQUEST AN EDIT IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PLACED YOUR ORDER AND RECEIVED YOUR COMPLETED DIGITIZED DESIGN FROM US. DO NOT SUBMIT AN EDIT REQUEST IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER, OR IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DESIGN DIGITIZED BY RAPID DIGITIZING. CLICK HERE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

TO REQUEST AN EDIT:  Please email your edit request to: edit@rapiddigitizing.zendesk.com  In your email, please include your name, email address, transaction id, copy of your embroidery file we digitized for you, and your detailed edit request pertaining to the design. Please explain the edits needed in your email. Thank you!

NOTICE REGARDING ARTWORK: You must only submit artwork which you have permission to reproduce and does not violate any copyright or trademark laws. We assume that you have full permission to reproduce the artwork you send us to digitize, and we hold no liability.
