You will receive your embroidery digitized machine file via direct email within 1 business day after placing your order and submitting artwork. It is important that you enter your correct email address as your designs will automatically be sent to your email once the order has been placed.   If you have any questions, please contact us.   Rapid Digitizing only uses direct email delivery as the shipping delivery option to help save the trees and planet!  Help save the trees and planet in your embroidery business and hobby embroidery projects by using direct email delivery instead of snail mail to receive your digitized embroidery machine file.
